Designing for how families actually live here
Brampton has been one of the fastest-growing cities in the country for two decades, and most of the housing reflects it — large, newer-construction homes built for bigger, often multi-generational households. A legal basement suite with its own entrance, a main-floor bedroom for a parent, and two kitchens under one roof are common asks, not exceptions, and they shape the floor plan from the start rather than getting added on later.
Downtown Brampton is the exception to all of that newer stock — a small, genuinely historic core of Victorian-era storefronts and houses near the Rose Theatre and the Peel Heritage Complex, where the design conversation is closer to what we do in older parts of Toronto: work with what's there instead of opening everything up.
Most of our Brampton work is in the newer subdivisions around Credit Valley and Mount Pleasant — big principal rooms that came builder-finished and need a material story of their own. We work here from our Toronto base along the 401 and 410, the same as our regular Mississauga projects.

No — Toronto is our base; we travel across Peel Region for site visits, trade coordination, and installs.
Can you design a legal basement suite with a separate entrance?
Yes — it's one of the most common requests we get in Brampton. We plan the kitchen, bath, and living space to code and to a separate entrance from day one, not as an afterthought.
Do you design for multi-generational households?
Regularly — a main-floor bedroom and bath for a parent, or two kitchens serving one house, are common Brampton briefs, and they start with the floor plan.
Do you work in Credit Valley and Mount Pleasant specifically?
Yes, along with Downtown Brampton and the rest of the city — most of our residential enquiries here start in one of those two areas.
