Service 04 — Styling
Styling & Décor
The final layers — art, textiles, objects — that bring a room to life. For finished spaces that feel almost there, but not quite, and for sale or rental staging.

What's included
A styling plan
We read the room as it is and decide what to keep, what to move, and what to add.
Sourcing
Art, textiles, lighting, and objects sourced to fit the space and the budget — not a generic kit.
On-site styling day
We place everything ourselves, adjust in the real light, and leave the room camera-ready.
The last 10% that makes the room
A space can be finished — walls painted, furniture in — and still feel like a showroom nobody lives in. Styling is the layer that fixes that. Art at the right height, textiles with some weight to them, objects that look like they belong to you and not to a catalogue. It's the difference between a room that's done and a room that feels alive, and it's usually a small fraction of the budget for an outsized part of the effect.
What a styling project includes
We start by reading the room as it is and deciding what stays, what moves, and what's missing. Then we source — art, lighting, textiles, and objects chosen for your space and budget, not a generic kit pulled off a shelf. On the styling day we place everything ourselves, adjust in the real light, and step back until it's right. You're left with a room that's camera-ready and, more to the point, ready to live in.
Styling to live in, or styling to sell
Most of our styling is for people who love their home and want the last layer right. But staging for sale or rental is its own brief, with a different goal: we style so the space photographs well and shows well to buyers, which sometimes means restraint where a lived-in room would want more. Styling is a standalone service — you don't need a full design project to book it. If the final layer is all that's missing, that's exactly what this is.
Questions, answered
Can you style with what I already own?
Often, yes. A lot of rooms are most of the way there already. We'll use what works, retire what doesn't, and add only what the space genuinely needs.
Do you stage homes for sale?
Yes. Styling for sale or rental is its own brief — we style to help a space photograph and show well to buyers, which is a slightly different goal than styling to live in.
Is styling available without a full design project?
Absolutely. Styling is a standalone service. If you only need the final layer, that's exactly what this is.
