Phase 04 — Delivery
Delivery
On-site direction, styling, and the careful handover of a finished home. Delivery is where the drawings meet reality — and where we stay until the room actually feels like yours.

What this phase covers
On-site direction
Regular site visits through build and install, catching the small things before they set.
Styling & the final layers
Furniture, art, textiles, and objects placed and adjusted in the real light of the room.
Handover
A clean, considered handover with everything documented, so the home is ready to live in.
Where drawings meet a real room
A drawing is a promise. Delivery is keeping it. We're on site through build and install, checking the work against the spec while it can still be fixed — a tile course that's drifting, a socket set too low, a paint line that's wandered. The small things set fast. Catching them early is most of what site direction is.
Styling is the last 10% that does half the work
When the building work is done, a house can still feel installed rather than lived-in. Styling is the layer that fixes that: furniture placed and adjusted, art hung at the right height, textiles and objects brought in. We do it on site, in the real light of the room, not from a plan. It's the difference between a space that photographs well empty and one you actually want to come home to.
Handover, and what comes after
At the end you get a clean handover: documentation, finish schedules, and the practical notes on how things work. Then we stay reachable. Most of our clients come back for the next room — the kitchen after the living room, the LA place after the Toronto one. We treat handover as the start of a longer relationship, not the end of a job.
Questions, answered
Do you manage the trades on site?
We direct the design on site and work closely with your contractor, who runs the build. We're there for the decisions that affect how the space looks and works.
What does styling actually include?
The final layer — furniture placement, art hanging, textiles, and the objects that make a room feel lived-in rather than installed. We do it on site, in the real light.
What happens after handover?
We hand over documentation and stay reachable. Most clients call us back for the next room — we like that this is the start of something, not the end.
